What’s New at Karmic Web Yoga

Private Yoga: I have just two spots available for a new Private Yoga student. Private Yoga is a good choice if you have specific health concerns that are difficult to address in the context of a group class. I can also help you deepen your existing practice, use yoga to achieve greater health and weight loss, or even help you build your home practice! Contact me for more information and pricing.

Fall Sessions at the City of Toronto): Registration will begin in March for the Spring session. This year, I’m adding a *NEW* class: Gentle Yoga. This is an hour long class of mostly floor poses, using props to assist. It’s ideal for older adults, those with health concerns or anyone seeking a gentle introduction to yoga. The classes are available both my locations. Please contact me for more information.

Drop-in Classes: Karmic Web Yoga continues to run public classes at a boutique gym downtown. These are my only public drop-in classes. They run on Mondays/Wednesdays/Saturdays 12-1,  and Tuesday/Friday evenings 6:30-7:30. Contact for location details and pricing.

Youth Yoga: Karmic Web Yoga offers programmes for youth in school and afterschool programmes around Toronto. We have SO MUCH fun! If you’re a school or daycare interested in Youth Yoga and Children’s Yoga, please email me. I have two morning timeslots available.

Corporate Yoga: I have one morning, weekday timeslot available for in-house corporate yoga. Does your company have a fitness room or boardroom that could accomodate 10-12 yoga mats? If so, I can come to you! Per student rates are very affordable (with minimum enrollment).


Twitter: You can find Karmic Web Yoga on Twitter, a microblogging service. I use this service to make announcements about upcoming classes, fun facts, and alerts (for weather, etc.).  You can find the most recent ‘tweet’ in the footer at the bottom of this page.
